Refund & Return Policies

We will kindly accept exchanges only for new, unworn products! All Jewelry sold is final sale unless it is received damaged. If your item is a custom piece(s) all sales are final. Final Sale classified items are Final Sale as well. For all exchanges, you are to contact us within 3 days of receiving( or picking up) your order (No Exceptions Unfortunately) to let us know your concerns or issues with your order. Due to COVID-19 reasons for exchanges are Limited to fit/size and if the merchandise is damaged ONLY. Items should not have been washed nor worn with all tags attached. You can exchange for equal or less than cost item (S). Once you notify us of the need to exchange an item(s) you will have 3 business days from that date to send us your tracking details if applicable. There will be a $5.95 Flat rate shipping charge for us to ship your item(s) back to you, so please be prepared to pay before your order ships back out. An invoice will be sent to the requested email to process the payment. We will assess the product upon receipt and work diligently to get your order sent back out.  It’s the goal of Jaka’Z Inc. to provide you with an exceptional experience so the sooner you let us know the better.

Shipping Policy

We will happily ship anywhere within the U.S. For the potential of international shipping options, you’re welcome to send us a message to see if there are any additional options. Once Priority Shipping USPS is estimated delivery is 2-3 business days or sooner. We offer a Flat Shipping Rate fee of $7.95 plus $2.00 handling fee with all purchases. The handling fee will always be charged regardless of any other special offers going on. I.e. Free shipping on all orders of $125 or more. The 7.95 is waived however you will still be accessed the 2.00 handling fee. 

 

*** Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes all national holidays. 

 

***Shipping Address - Please double check the address provided for accuracy before submitting your order. Whatever you submit is where your package will be shipped.

 

Processing Time

For all custom requested orders (i.e. Tees, Sweatshirts etc.) you can expect estimated 5-8  business days for processing, unless we have it on hand. Once processing is complete your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail - USPS. We do understand that getting your order out as quickly as possible is Top Priority,  so please be assured that we’re working hard with production to get you excellent, quality products in a timely fashion! For items that are in-stock once your  order is placed estimated processing is 1-2 business days for processing and then your order will be shipped. Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of shipping.

Same Day Pickup 

Please contact us via email or chat to confirm that this option is available. When available, if you request this option at checkout there will be a $15 expedited processing fee accessed to your order. 

 

NOTE: For all custom orders this service is not an option, unless items are on-hand.

Final Sale

All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged nor refunded.
