What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! This is a new feature on our site and the policy is as follows:

Our gift cards expire at various intervals deemed appropriate by the CEO. Also, the following terms and conditions apply:

Gratuity, Taxes, and Shipping are not included.

Redeemable only on our site shopjakazinc.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Also, gift cards are not:

Non-transferable.
Not redeemable for cash.
Not redeemable to purchase gift cards
May not be sold or transferred.
Subject to availability.

The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Jaka'Z Inc. and shall be binding on the customer.

No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card.

No replacement for lost or stolen gift cards.

What is your return policy?

What is does it mean when it says "final sale"?

These are non-exchangeable, non-returnable items. So for these items exchanging is not an option.

How can I access the VIP rewards?

You must become a site member by clicking the log in button on the homepage and following the steps. Once you've become a site member, you will be able to click the rewards icon (pink circle with shopping bag and heart) to begin earning rewards points and access to the rewards app.
